Any customer services queries should be directed to, and we will be happy to assist.

We aim to respond within 24 hours to all contact received on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Please check junk/ spam folders for order confirmation details if you haven't received one.


December deliveries

Our courier services have notified us that they are extremely busy with Christmas deliveries, and that delays of up to 48 hours may occur to standard services.

If you have received your order confirmation number (for orders up to 16th December), your order has definitely been shipped, and will be delivered before Christmas.



'Last chance' orders placed between midday on 16th Dec & before midday on 20th Dec are for guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. 

This is the only shipping option available during this period. These are sent on a 1-2 working day tracked service with DX, and a delivery signature is required on parcel arrival. Please ensure addresses are clear, to assist with on time delivery⁠
